We?re searching for a Senior Designer to join our developer portal team in India.Our team partners creatively and strategically with product managers, marketers, engineers, analysts, and other Atlassian Ecosystem experts to create and improve the end-to-end experience of building apps and integrations for Atlassian products. We?re on a mission to build a developer platform that engages the heart and mind!More about you:

• You have a track record of driving outcomes. Well ask for specific examples where youve planned and delivered design direction autonomously
• You can lead and inspire others. You can show examples of when you built consensus with cross-functional peers, key partners, and executives across a business to influence a result
• As a senior member of the product design team, you inspire and mentor your more junior colleagues. Sharing processes, skills, and experience with others to help upskill the entire team
• You?re a storyteller, who also brings strong facilitation and collaboration skills, a flexible and friendly approach to working with teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes.
• You have experience with conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking, prototyping, and conceptual modeling
• You can define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
• You have strong execution skills and are adept at the latest tools and service design best practices

• Experience in designing for developer audiences and product ecosystems
• Background in tech, app development, familiarity with APIs, developer portals, and developer tools
• Open-source contributions

• Lead the design work aligned with some of the most exciting industry trends like cloud platform and API economies
• With your cross-functional team, develop a keen understanding of our users and their needs?whether through user research, experimentation, workshopping, or sketching/visualization
• From this understanding, youll craft experiences that help bridge the gap between our Atlassian Partners goals and the capabilities that Atlassian can provide for them
• Influence and shape the way our Ecosystem design team works and how we balance shipping at speed with high-quality experiences
• Engage with Atlassians close-knit design community
