We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who can join our team and render their internship remotely.?- Use social media networks and job boards to look for and connect with potential candidates- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates- Collaborate with Recruiters to identify each positions requirements- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates- Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes- Phone-Screening candidates- Encode Applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System- Assist in checking system requirements of applicants- Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment related activitiesRequirements - Working a degree towards Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent is preferred- Can work in a fast-paced working environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously- Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills- Desktop /Laptop with good internet connectivity.?Benefits - Stipend?-?Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with our experienced team.
