As an Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions.Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goalsResearch into clients company, their products and services etc.Close requirements within or before time.Develop and implement strategies based on clients needsResearch into competitors and market placeDefine job description and document specificationsIdentify prospective candidates using a variety of channelsCreate a candidate persona for each open positionConduct confidential interviewsFollow-up references and check creditsPresent shortlisted candidatesPresent detailed candidate profile summariesBuild long-term client relationshipsResearch and develop recruiting leads REQUIREMENTS: Min 1 year of experience in recruitingMin 6 months of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methodsExcellent understanding of recruitment processes and standards.Good knowledge of candidates selection methodsGood understanding of Employer Branding strategiesCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsTeam playerGood time-management skills
