SummaryThis role will serve as a subject matter expert in Visualization and Business Intelligence development and report to People Analytics Manager. Core of this role will be on Data Visualization, Dashboarding & Storytelling, including the development of visual representations of data combining industry best practices with ability to produce compelling data stories that will help our HR teams/business make data-driven decisions. This role will enable the development of action plans that support the strategic direction of the business by identifying current and future gaps in talent capacity, capability, cost, or organization structure and culture.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for providing technical expertise to HR team & and other cross-functional teams (e.g. finance, communications) for reporting & analytics HR related products by gathering, analyzing and visualizing people related data. In this role, you will:

• Have the opportunity to interact with HR Leadership team to explore the real-life business problems
• Ensure that you are incorporating new data & analytics technologies to find creative solutions, while providing value to our employees;
• Create easy-to-consume dashboards of key metrics; monitor and share insights at a frequent cadence
• Assist HR and other cross functional teams with reporting & analytics for HR related products
• Design, build and automate reports that provide actionable insight on key metrics by connecting different types of data sources
• Mentor team members and business leaders regarding how to access, leverage and use data
• Build dashboards & metrics and combine with storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
• Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Required QualificationBachelor?s degree from an accredited university or college in business, economics, psychology, statistics, engineering, computer science or related field 6+ years relevant experience.Desired Characteristics

• 6+ years data visualizations experience for complex systems, tools, and data sets
• Advanced data visualization skills, show the ability to tell stories and make dashboards actionable
• Strong experience with Tableau Software, Workday or similar BI tools and framework
• Knowledge and experience on protecting sensitive data
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguity
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, collaborate cross teams, and deliver quality products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Predictive modeling experience
• Knowledge on Advanced Analytics
• Prior experience supporting People initiatives (i.e. recruiting, onboarding, engagement surveys, comp & ben, headcount etc.) and has a genuine interest in the employee experience
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies
• Familiarity with product centric model, design thinking and persona development/journey mapping is advantageous
