Job Description

- L3 Support Group Function - Automation Studio is the Center of Excellence setup under Customer Experience & Digital to drive automation projects. It promotes, enables and facilitates Robotic Process Automation (RPA. It establishes standards to minimize total cost of ownership by selecting the right processes for automation and building scalable automations utilizing reusable components. Automation studio is also responsible for overall automation delivered/managed across the Bank.Role Purpose - RPA Consultant should have ability to work with a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions in production independently. The role is expected to analyze and suggest technical improvements to developers. He / She should be able to fix the errors within the SLA. . He / she should understand, document, analyze the business process, and participate in preparation of project analysis document and solution design document for enhancement of any processes.Core responsibilitiesAbility to download code from server to dev machines and fix code run time issues within SLA.Able to sort the issue observed into Functional and Infra category and liaise with respective teams.Should be able to work directly with Development team, infra team and Client SPOC.General understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environment.Able to develop enhancements in identified processes.Configuring RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.Adhere to technology related standards, policies and procedures such as standardization framework, coding standards.Ensure technology framework is followed as per guidelines for all automation enhancement opportunities across business units and operations.Prepare complexity assessment for all processes.Prepare project plan for each automation enhancement opportunity.Create / Maintain reusable component for all processes.Prepare Weekly status review for Management review.Prepare technical help card for Business stakeholders.Work closely with IT-PMO for inputs / approvals throughout automation lifecycleMinimum Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information SystemsHas UI Path certificate and expertiseMinimum Experience:Minimum 3+ years of experience as UiPath Developer / Support.Hands-on technical automation/RPA development experience.Good experience in DBMS and experience in writing SQL queries.Should have implement at least one UiPath project.Good communication skills.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquired mind.Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
