Job Description

Electrical and mechanical technician for machine maintenance.Set up and maintain variety of cleaning machine specially Steam/ Vacuum machines tools May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools, and machining procedures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ?Position and fasten work pieces.
  • Select the appropriate tools and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.
  • Machine parts to specifications using machine tools and support equipment.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
  • Read and understand gauging sheets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to insure parts are being made according to specifications.
  • Listen to machine and tooling to ensure machine and tooling are running properly.
  • Takes job down efficiently (Tooling, cleaning fixtures, putting gauges back, etc).
  • Assist with keeping the department and machinery clean
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • ?Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Willing to learn new equipment and processes
  • Have the ability to follow manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Complies with all quality and safety policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
