Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for organizationally utilized applications. Build and maintain the corresponding test strategy,test plans, and test cases.? Be an expert in executing test cases, managing and analyzing large sets of data, creating automation scripts and communicating relevant insights to the teams.? Create and maintain complex SQL queries such as joins, aggregations, groupings and more. Complete regression and integration testing as necessary.? Execute and understand ETL data pipelines? Have working knowledge and testing experience of ETL? Analyze test results and logs defects in JIRA. Partner with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified defects and issues? Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across work streams? Strong willingness & comfort taking on and challenging development approaches? Conduct and facilitate UAT and Regression Testing? Be proactive with leadership abilities with a strong can do attitudeResponsibilities:Defines strategies to drive data quality measurement, produce data quality dashboards and reports, andimplement data quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve data quality.Works with data quality partners and Technology teams to identify and implement data quality tools. Identify critical data elements, data quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirements.Designs/analyzes moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements.Ability to automate repetitive steps and bring overall efficiency in deliverableAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customersStrong Data warehouse end to end and data completeness testing experience.Hands-on experience with Data transformation/ manipulation testingWorking Knowledge of data quality/ completeness validation (SQL scripting)Creation of Test Plan/ completion documents and project timelines.Knowledge of project management and execution of multiple projectsContributes to the development of new techniques and processes and for the aligned business.Responsible for own work to support business teams in assigned area.Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams, and is involved in coaching and training of new recruits in business processes and procedures of businessUtilizes communication and diplomacy skills are required.Responsible for the reviewing, analyzing and dispositioning of the results of those measurements as well as providing detail and summary reporting of the same.Analyze data quality issuesInteract with business and technical staff who support the Global Functions, ensuring the data quality scorecards are measuring fit for purpose data.Performs other job duties and functions as assigned.Qualifications:

• 2-5 years Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Understanding of QA within Software Development environment
• Logical analysis skills and problem solving Proven ability to work to deadlines.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team.
• Experience in Designing & Executing test cases
