We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives to recognizeskills,competencies, and contributionsto business results.???ROLE DEFINITION?The People Relations and Executive Assistant (PR/EA) will be a cross-functional professional who can develop good synergy across staff and management team. PR/EA will be responsible for helping to create and manage internal/external communication to raise awareness about the company and its strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION?Your key responsibilities will be:?Executive Assistance

  • Communicates with the general staff on Country Leader?s (CL) behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Management Team, and staff members
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with stakeholders
  • Supports CL in his external commitments including service on external committees and other groups
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
  • Driving the company?s CSR program
  • Working with multiple sites to ensure corporate requirements are fulfilled
  • Organize employee meetings at a country level
Content Development and Management
  • Work closely with related stakeholders to produce content writing or helps drive strategy with a team of writers
  • Work closely with marketing and product team to come up with informational one-sheeters about new products or launches, case studies, event descriptions and signage
  • Develop and disseminate overarching corporate messaging to build a strong brand with consistent message
  • Responsible for ideating, writing, editing, pitching, placing, and then promoting executive thought leadership articles for senior executives
Communication and Cross-functional Collaborations
  • Develop communications objectives that are aligned with an organization?s overall objectives.
  • Act as corporate communicator by interaction with senior management team and staff
  • Responsible for sharing the information cross-functionally in order to spur more regular intel-sharing
  • Act as data journalism by working closely with internal team to bred data and turning that data to be the marketable stories
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure the communication match with the corporate brand
Crisis Management
  • Establish methods and policies to be used when an organization?s operations become involved in an emergency affecting the public. This includes policies and procedures for the distribution of information to employees, media, government and other key publics.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS?Education and work experience:
  • Experience with social sciences background and an interest in banking and finance
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor?s degree in PR, communication, journalism or similar relevant field
Specific knowledge & skills:
  • Good communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners and investors.
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
  • Previous working experience in managing internal/external communication for an MNC would be a plus
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, out of the box thinker, able to solve problems
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills in English and Khmer
