Job Description

Role DescriptionReckitt is currently embarking a major HR transformation program including deployment of a new service delivery model using technology enablers like ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors. ˙Assistant Manager HR Operations role is a newly created role and is an integral part of the Global HR Shared Services Organisation to drive transition of services, operation, and continuous improvement within Rewards and Benefits Operations Globally.˙Scope of Responsibilities:? Manage transactional services of end-to-end Rewards & Benefits processes.? Refine and deliver operational process improvement on a continuous basis? Support the implementation of HR systems and participate in the global project to develop new functionality? Support key deliverables for the annual pay increase, benchmarking, pay range revision and bonus processes? Collaborate with IT and Reward COE to enable a seamless design implementation and workflow management during the entire cycle.? Partner with key stakeholders globally to support/create seamless improvements across the Rewards & Benefits process specially on the pay review, APP, benchmarking, stock purchase and LTI programs globally˙? Actively participate in the transition of key projects impacting global HR Operations? Build/Manage a highly capable team of experienced professionals through training and development and effective change management? Be accountable for data integrity in systems, embedding robust quality assurance and control mechanisms into new processes to ensure compliance and exemplary data management? Manage the transaction support for global stock purchase and long-term incentives process and other benefits and activities acting as an accountable owner and escalation point for queries? Act as SME for complex issues and queries on Rewards and Benefits operations? Provide advice and guidance on Rewards and Benefits management.People/Change Culture/Stakeholder Management? Promoting strong leadership behaviours in all actions, acting in a transparent and appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders and members of the organisation? Leading, motivating and coaching the teams to ensure high performance? Set and continually manage expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders? Empowering and inspiring others to deliver operational excellence and holding each team member in the project to account for their delivery˙˙ ˙Profile- Proven experience in HR Operations Management with particular focus in managing Rewards and Benefits processes.- Experience implementing Process Controls, audits and standardization at global level- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.- Good understanding of Excel, macro and reporting- Knowledge of Rewards and Benefits functional areas and HR systems (SuccessFactors & ServiceNow) proficiency is essential for this role.
