Increase awareness of compliance policies and processes.Must have skills : Financial Crime & Fraud ManagementGood to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : As per the Accenture standardsRoles & Responsibilities:?Serve as the subject matter expert in for Firco.?Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for the implementation of the Firco platform.?Design and propose techno functional solutions based on Firco capabilities to meet business objectives.?Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.?Configure and customize/implement the Firco platform to align with business requirements and design?Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Firco solution within the existing technology landscape.?Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Firco implementation.?Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals.?Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders.?Investigate and resolve technofunctional issues, working closely with support teams and vendors when necessary Technical Experience:?5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable solutions on Firco?Strong understanding and experience of banking domain, methodology & business process & systems ?Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) and related tools like GitHub, JIRA?Must have experience in Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Firco.
