Looking for Store Manager for a Lebanese Restaurant in EgyptThe main purpose of the Store Manager is to oversee the entire performance of the store as well as running a smooth operation in his/her store and plays the link part between management and employees. The Store Manager is a key position in our store and plays a crucial part in the organisation.*TASKS:- Makes sure that all staff (F.O.H & B.O.H) are applying the hygiene and food safety standards.Makes sure that all staff are well groomed and presentable.Conducts daily briefings with the staff and makes sure that all staff are aware of the company updates.Supervises the opening & closing of the store.Handles the daily and monthly inventory items.Makes sure of getting involved in all expenses and costs with respect to the set profit margins.Monitors the daily sales and compares with previous data and works on immediate corrective actions whenever revenues are affected.Makes sure that all customers are well greeted, guided and fare welled.Evaluates the performance of all staff.Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
