Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in both EGP and EUR.
  • Conduct variance analysis to ensure progress aligns with company goals.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in both EGP and EUR.
  • Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Manage audits and ensure smooth completion of tax filings and financial reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow to maintain operational continuity.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and improve resource allocation strategies.
Operations Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations for both Cairo and Hurghada to ensure ongoing efficiency.
  • Align team efforts with company strategies and objectives.
  • Manage procurement, supply chain, and inventory to optimize efficiency and cost.
  • Lead, train, and develop finance and operations teams.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing work culture.
  • Design and enhance operational processes to drive productivity.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions supporting scalability and overall business growth.
