Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in both EGP and EUR.
Conduct variance analysis to ensure progress aligns with company goals.
Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in both EGP and EUR.
Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
Manage audits and ensure smooth completion of tax filings and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow to maintain operational continuity.
Implement cost-saving measures and improve resource allocation strategies.

Operations Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for both Cairo and Hurghada to ensure ongoing efficiency.
Align team efforts with company strategies and objectives.
Manage procurement, supply chain, and inventory to optimize efficiency and cost.
Lead, train, and develop finance and operations teams.
Build a collaborative, high-performing work culture.
Design and enhance operational processes to drive productivity.
Implement cost-effective solutions supporting scalability and overall business growth.
