? To monitor and report on the activities of the sub-developers on site and to implement and/or assist in implementation enforcement procedures in cases of sub-developers? non-compliance in order to ensure that the master plan design guidelines are applied and THE COMPANY?s interests are adequately safeguarded.? Assist the Approvals & Compliance Division in the development of the on-site inspection program of sub-developers? projects.? Carry out the implementation of the on-site inspection and enforcement program in coordination with the Approvals & Compliance Division to ensure that sub-developers conform to the land purchase contract conditions, design guidelines and the project design approvals issued by THE COMPANY and/or any government authority.? Collect information on non-compliance issues from sub-developers to inform the Site GM, Approvals & Compliance and Developer Services.? Follow up on sub-developers? project teams to ensure that non-compliance issues have been effectively rectified in accordance with the policies and decisions of THE COMPANY.? Communicate with sub-developers? project teams and address all non-compliance issues in coordination with Approvals & Compliance and Developer Services to ensure that sub-developers understand and are aware of their obligations and respond to THE COMPANY?s directions and requirements.? Check on a regular basis the status of the on site projects and the construction time schedules to ensure they are updated.? Provide reporting to management in coordination with the Approvals & Compliance Division regarding all compliance and non-compliance issues to ensure the consistent and regular monitoring of sub-developers? activities.
