To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us as Store Project and VM Assistant.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Responsible for store booklet and database management
• Handling of quotation and invoice with all parties
• Follow up with stores, local team and contractors on store maintenance projects
• Arrange shipment and follow up on the logistics
• Keep track on maintenance budget and follow up the status with account department and contractors
• Provide clerical support to the store project

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree holder in Business or relevant disciplines is preferred
• With 1 year relevant experience in luxury industry will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive
