Build budget plan and track spend vs targets as required.
Manage monthly invoice process and payment approvals which includes preparing Exception report
Act as SPOC for Supplier and prepare monthly reporting which includes an analysis against plan and contract. Specifically reviewing budget, sales, profit, transaction and consumption data.
Build utilization and headcount report monthly w/ data from projects. Provide an analysis of activity trends w/ recommendations based on transactions and consumption.
Work on special projects requiring deep dive analysis, creating spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for Executive Leadership review, such as measuring program post implementation success, Sustainability measurement, increasing participation and profit to drive Service Mindset mentality
Act as the key interface between customers, partners and internal teams for the purpose of gathering information, documenting processes, confirming final solutions and assisting with solution implementation
