Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and manage 400 kV overhead transmission line projects from commencement through completion.Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, manpower and subcontractors.Supervise transmission line activities, including tower foundation, tower erection, conductor stringing and associated works.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.Monitor project progress, quality standards, technical specifications and safety compliance.Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation and other required reports.Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain timely execution.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor?s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 8?10 years of relevant experience in electrical power transmission projects.Proven experience in 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL/OHTL) projects.Strong knowledge of transmission line construction, project planning, execution and site management.Experience in managing project teams, contractors, resources and client coordination.Preferred RequirementsGCC experience, particularly in Kuwait or other Middle Eastern countries.Experience with major transmission line EPC projects.Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge.8-10 years of relevant project management experience in a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.PMP or equivalent project management certification to validate expertise and commitment to the profession.Experience with Agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability to various project management frameworks and practices.
