Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing ystems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Understanding of cultural norms, traditions, and working with diverse teams
Ability to work closely with international counterparts to limit workplace issues due to the multicultural nature of our business
Establishes and maintains company records and reports; able to direct others in the organization and adherence to record-keeping guidelines
Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
