Manage a team of rider coordinators to ensure that live operations are running smoothly. Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance of live operations processes. Responsible for meeting SLAs in support channels with operations stakeholders. Maintain fleet compliance and rider quality KPIs. Responsible for the growth and development of Rider Coordinators. Exploring automotive & optimization approaches to Improve and enhance the utilization of Rider Coordinators. Provide performance reports on regular basis. Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projectsWhat Did We Order. Good communication skills in English and Arabic language. Urdu and Hindi are a plus..
