Job Description

Role SummaryResponsible for ensuring smooth flow and on-ground day to day operations of On-Road Quality Control Patrollers (t-patrollers) leading a team to monitor the talabat fleet and achieve continuous improvement of rider compliance, performance and quality KPIs.Whats On Your Plate

  • Lead the on-ground team of Patrollers to Ensure and improve rider quality KPIS and compliance
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of the reports generated by t-patrollers
  • Improve and enhance the utilization, processes and best practices of t-patrollers team
  • Responsible for the growth and development of tPatrollers
  • Assign team duties and organize schedules as per the demand
  • Provide performance reports on regular basis (weekly/monthly)
  • Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects
What Did We Order
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic language. Urdu and Hindi are a plus.
  • Analytical thinker, who is able to find solutions that are practical and effective.
  • Excellent leadership skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.
  • Confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps.
  • Good understanding of local areas and the street system and road network (must have local Bahrain experience)
  • Experience in operations and logistics fields is preferable.
  • Can-do attitude, problem solving skills and passion for the food industry.
