Since its inception in 2020, we have facilitated the donation of well over 1 million meals to those in need, as well as donated over $1.5 million to charity with the help of our partners and customers. talabat is part of Delivery Hero, the global leader in online food delivery and q-commerce.Role SummaryManaging the logistics performance of the country to maintain operational excellence and influence business decisions, by monitoring operational KPIs and by developing analytical reports and dashboard. Improve operational efficiency by identify future trends based on past performance. Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to define, design and develop analytic solutions to improve optimization and mitigate risks. Have strong research, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills to perform their job successfully.Whats On Your Plate

• Identify and solve logistics performance related problems by analysing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data.
• Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs to maintain operational excellence.
• Proactively suggest areas for improvements to deliver optimal performance to logistics and other functions in the business.
• Use data, statistical models and research to detect trends and make predictions of the future based on insights gained, create standardized tools and match solutions to business goals.
• Manage the implementation and expansion of Performance Management and Incentive tools, including project management, data visualization, and post implementation support.

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Information Systems or STEM
• Proficient with SQL required
• +5 years experience, analytical roles in tech start-ups and/or in pricing highly preferred
• Strong business acumen, and statistics knowledge.
• Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving with complex data sets
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to drive complex ideas and process to diverse people across markets and teams
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
• An individual contributor who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make it happen attitude.
