• Collecting retail audit from competition on a daily basis
• Visit to tMart stores to monitor freshness and quality
• Visit the central market and decide on item selection based on seasonality and availability while reassuring retail audit.
• Working on performance reports, hourly availability, margin monitoring, invoice matching, rank changes between suppliers.
• Working on admin related duties like updating price changes, content update on the app etc
• Following up with suppliers on listings, pricing, product availability
• Working closely with demand planners to monitor and ensure product availability
• Any other adhoc requests from the manager

• You have at least 3+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple fresh food categories, matured by working for large retailers (FMCG), in an international setting.
• You have technical fresh food knowledge that enables you to provide your manager with accurate information
• Has decent commercial knowledge such as profitability, margin calculations and feasibility and benchmarking knowledge.
• You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.
