Logistics Supervisor

Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Supervisor Department: Logistics Location: RiyadhJob Scope:The Outbound Supervisor will ensure orders are fulfilled on time on full and support every department in exceeding each of our customers expectations. The candidate is responsible for planning the orders and tracking the execution. The logistics works closely with the Warehouse Teams and the Customer Service Team. This position will also include other Logistics duties if business need.Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning the secondary shipments.
• Insure daily follow up on shipments. This includes tracking the execution, invoicing, and shipping with the related documents.
• Maintain effective, timely communication with external (3PL) and internal (Customer Service) to provide maximum High logistics service.
• Partner with all levels in the facility to initiate and drive process improvements.
• Collaborates with order pullers, pallet wrappers and loaders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Lead all efforts necessary to ensure local deliveries are fulfilled same day.
• Validation the costs of the services that provided by the (3PL).
• Achieve best Percentage of Logistics (OKRs, KPIs), which is reduce distribution cost, Minimize the returns from our clients, and Increase the Customer Cases Fill on Time (CCFOT).

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering.
• 0 -2 Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry.

• Excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements (Optional):

• Full proficiency of English and Arabic language.
