Role SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Coordinator - Rider Experience to join our Rider Operations team. This pivotal role is responsible for the successful onboarding of riders from 3PLs and maintaining harmonious relations with our 3PL partners. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of G-Suite, Tableau, and Looker and have a passion for cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth flow of our rider onboarding processes.Whats On Your Plate

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for 3PL-sourced riders, ensuring a smooth process, aligning with partners, and coordinating schedules for document verification and training.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with 3PL partners, serving as the main point of contact. Gather feedback, evaluate performance, and negotiate SLAs for rider onboarding compliance.
• Use G-Suite, Tableau, and Looker for data analysis and reporting. Create dashboards to monitor onboarding, compliance, and rider performance, identifying areas for process enhancement.
• Work with Training, Document Verification, and Compliance departments to streamline processes. Collaborate with internal teams for an efficient onboarding experience.
• Review and improve onboarding processes. Implement efficient strategies and technologies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards during rider onboarding. Address potential legal risks proactively.
• Guide and support 3PL partners, addressing inquiries and fostering collaboration.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in onboarding processes.
• Strong proficiency in G-Suite, Tableau, and Looker.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
