Main Duties:? Prepare and generate control procedures and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).? Attend weekly project review meetings.? Responsible for managing junior engineering staff and inspectors.? Follow and ensure that the procedures have complied and quality plans are followed by site engineers to achieve this scheduled program.? Ensure that the work is implemented as per project specifications and approved drawings.? Sharing in the Audit which is periodically performed against the MEP subcontractors.? Witness all the MEP testing required by the contract and any additional testing that may be identified as necessary during the course of work.? Follow up the testing and commissioning CIRs (Commissioning Inspection Requests), ensure the approved forms are used for any test records and signing off.? Identify and raising any internal MEP disciplined non-conformity case in an official report.? Follow up the Deficiency and Non-Conformance Reports status and their closure.? Snagging and de-snagging process to ensure the proper delivery of all documents including as-built drawings and O&M to the client.? Feedback the QA/QC document control about any updates of the MEP WIR, CIRs and Snagging status.?
