Production Planning Engineer to join our manufacturingPlant. The Planning Engineer will beResponsible for managing the planning andCoordination of materials required forproduction and overall production planning.The ideal candidate should have a strongUnderstanding of manufacturing processes,Excellent analytical skills, and the ability toeffectively communicate and collaboratewith various teams.Responsibilities:1. Materials Requirement Planning (MRP):? Develop and execute materials requirement planning strategies toensure availability of required materials for production.? Analyze production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory levels to determine accurate material requirements.? Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.?Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsand resolve any potential shortages or delays.2. Production Planning:? Develop production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts,customer orders, and available resources.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure production plans arealigned with overall objectives.? Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks orissues that may impact production schedules.? Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimizedowntime, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.3. Data Analysis and Reporting:?
