Job Description

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  2. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and profitability goals.
  3. Create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  4. Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding product assortment, pricing, and marketing strategies. To report directly to head office.
  6. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and organized store environment in coordination with guidelines given by VM.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national retail regulations.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits and inventory management systems.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other store managers and head office teams to share best practices and drive overall business success.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Knowledge of local and national retail regulations.
  9. Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.
  10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
