Experience in implementing and technical office Good experience to finish approvals, hand overworks, and approve inventory and Extracts?Experience in works similar to major projects and distinguished administrative buildings such as hospitals, banks, malls, and hotels.the major is the mechanical engineering department (power) - and its field of work (air conditioning / fire / health)Experience in AutoCAD shop drawings and inventory work on Excel software and ASBuilt graphics.Has the ability to make abstracts for both the company and the contractors, to review and approve them.Has the ability to deal with the consultant, hand him over to work, take notes and respond to them.Approving the materials received for use and preparing reports on them.He has experience in inventory work and extract preparation.It has the ability to read the entire measurement and calculate the required quantities of raw materials.He has experience in studying the prices of new items, if any, and analyzing them.The ability to operate and deal with mechanical contractors and follow them.It is preferable to have experience in the following fields (tanks and pumps of all kinds of works - ventilation works - fans - gas works - compressed air - elevators, generators and escalators - boiler and steam works).Experience in preparing site orders of raw materials and their quantities and approved.Experience in following up the schedule and providing solutions when a delay occurs.Experience in dealing with office software and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for business.
