Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit an MOH licensed Embryologist IVF Lab In Charge for their client in Fujairah which is a multispecialty hospital.We are looking for an IVF Lab In-Charge with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in an IVF Lab in UAE.The IVF Lab In-Charge will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the operations of the Lab.Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory guidelines, collect and analyze data to implement plans for improvement, ensure accurate and written records of all laboratory procedures, provide timely trainings and staff hiring.Plan and perform laboratory quality control, quality assessment and participate in quality improvement programs.Cryopreserve surplus viable embryos upon consent.Dissect oocytes after retrieval and assess maturity of oocytes where ICSI is to be done.Undertake micromanipulation (ICSI or LASER assisted hatching) procedure.Participate in andrology services - performing semen analyses, antisperm antibody testing and sperm freezing.Participate in research on oocytes cryopreservation, oocyte maturation, preimplantation genetic diagnosis and related research.Salary : Upto Aed 40,000 per month (salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate) Company Profile Davidson Healthcare Recruitment is a leading Healthcare and Leadership headhunting consultancy based in Dubai, with branches in UK and India.
