IT OfficerResponsibilities :•Implement and manage Ramco ERP•Maintain IT infrastructure (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network)•Administer Domain Controller, Active Directory, and IT security•Install and configure IT hardware/software•Ensure data security and manage crises•Maintain applications, databases, and telephone systems•Troubleshoot IT issues within SLA??Qualifications : ??•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MCA•At least 4 years of IT experience•Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Ramco ERP, Ramco Tool iEDK, and RAMCO Reporting tool?? Location : Fujairah??
