As the Branch Manager you will play an integral role in operations of our cafe chain. Yourresponsibilities will include being part of the daily operations working directly with your Managerand along side your team members to ensure the cafe runs at the optimal efficiency. You will berequired to work closely with the bar, front and back of house teams to ensure we provideexceptional service. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Operations Management: Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, policycompliance, problem solving and maintenance .Financial Performance: Responsible for achieving business goals, maximizing profitability,managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.Team Leadership: Assist in interviewing, training, conducting performance reviews, supervising,and motivating staff to maintain high performance and morale.Customer Experience: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellentservice and resolving any issues efficiently & professionally.Business Growth: Proposing & Implementing strategies to acquire new customers and growthe branch?s local presence.Reporting & Communication: Providing updates and performance reports.Inventory & Stock Management: Ensuring optimal stock levels, maintaining accuracy, auditingweekly inventory reports, discrepancy resolution and wastage control.Cash Handling & Reconciliation: Managing daily cash, credit transactions, and (POS) systems,including reconciling registers, preparing deposits, and resolving cash discrepancies.Menu & Pricing Management: Analyzing product mix and category sales to optimize the menu,adjust pricing, collaborating with the head chef and/or head barista to create specializedmenus for events. and introduce items for seasonal menu updates.Events Operations: Supervising mobilization, set up, event staff during the event to ensureservice standards are met.Administrative: Ensuring all cafe , business and staff documentation, licensing, certificationsand paperwork is valid and up to date. Staff scheduling & attendance,Site Maintenance: Ensuring equipment is working properly and arranging repairs whererequired, scheduling internal and third-part deep cleaning, scheduling all maintenance servicesincluding but not limited to HVAC servicing & repairs, coffee equipment servicing, kitchenequipment servicing, pest control, grease trap cleaning.Branch Audits: Visiting and conducting scheduled on-site inspections and Audits for otherbranches around UAE.
