To ensure that production procedures will be carried on˙smoothly to maximise˙the efficiency.
To ensure that Production targets are met at minimum˙operational costs by following NFL & Plant Operational˙requirements.
??Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating,˙and maintaining machines to ensure efficient and precise˙production processes in accordance with quality standards.
??Handle Section labour with maximum utilization during˙production.
˙Ensure proper alignment of machine components for smooth andaccurate packaging operations.
Perform Level 1 activities of Autonomous maintenance like˙cleaning, inspection and lubrication and Check output to discover˙any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a˙production cycleControl and adjust the functions and settings of machines (e.g.speed).
Configure machines based on product specifications, including˙adjusting settings, loading materials, and performing test runs.Feed the necessary raw material or parts to semi-automated˙machines.
˙Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their˙smooth running˙Fix issues both machine and sections related that might occur˙during the shift˙Check manufacturing/expiry dates/ batch number on packets˙and maintain activity logs.
Ensure all types of records like all˙Level 4 documents, GE/OEE Sheets, Production Orders sheets etc.
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
Maintain activity logs,˙Troubleshoot machine issues, such as jams, misfeeds, or minor˙malfunctions, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.Ensure GMP & Hygiene conditions of the section is according to˙NFL SOPs. FSMS Standards and PFA Regulations.
Ensure minimum HSE requirements and comply to all HSE˙procedures of NFL.Inspect Production as per given Quality Protocols, perform tests˙where required as per SOP, keep records of approved and˙defective units or final products and ensure no defective product˙is passed.
