Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, youll ensure products are properly commissioned at our customer sites. Youll work with the latest technology for condition monitoring of all types of rotating machines.As a Services Specialist - Commissioning, you will be responsible for:.Maintaining an excellent safety mindset to assure delivered work reflects the technical requirements within our safety standards.Installing and configuring hardware and software for customers to monitor and protect a variety of rotating assets.Providing technical guidance to customers for emergency problem resolution and assistance for maintenance and service activities.Developing your technical knowledge to be able to provide effective problem resolution and implement innovative solutions.Performing all administrative tasks related to customer site job executions to ensure operational excellence.Preparing and writing of technical reports to share with customers in a timely and accurate fashionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:.Have a Bachelors degree in a related subject or demonstrate, good, equivalent, similar work experience.Have minimum of 1 year of experience of working with controls or system instrumentation in an industrial or Energy environment..Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and requirements.Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers in English..Show good knowledge of Networking, Hardware and Protocols.Demonstrate good knowledge of Modbus, OPC, and serial communications protocols (RS232, 422, 485).Have good electronic and mechanical problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.Be able to travel at short notice to potentially global locations and hold a valid drivers licenseWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
