Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our advertising team in Egypt. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Present and sell advertising services to prospective clients, including media planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing effective advertising solutions.
  4. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and promote the companys services.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  2. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
  6. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  9. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
