This journey is meticulously tracked, generating data-driven insights to fuel strategic development, whether for new menu offerings or to maximize marketing potential.Job Opportunity:We are on the lookout for a talented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team, To play a crucial role in managing our organizations procurement needs.Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals, request quotes, and skillfully negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Monitor supplier performance, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items, addressing any shortcomings promptly.
  • Analyze industry and demand trends, providing valuable insights to support senior management in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
KEY Requirements:
  1. Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist showcasing your expertise.
  2. Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies to drive optimal outcomes.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective collaboration.
  4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  5. Food and Beverage industry experience is preferable, demonstrating industry-specific insights.
_ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems._ A bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.Location: MaadiJoin us on this exciting journey.
