Job Description

We design and innovate ICL , Steam Turbine, Centrifugal compressor, Alternative Compressor for our global customers.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Materials Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning materials and inventory metrics across a service segment
  • Monitoring the results of changes to the inventory plan/forecast and recommend modifications, Plan for prevention of excess inventory and stock outs
  • Working with all levels of personnel (hourly, supervisory, and general foreperson) in resolving issues, tracking material availability, and advising on material usage
  • Working with customers externally and internally to identify new opportunities to improve our current processes.
  • Handling standardized project processes, guidelines for choosing the right action, processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
  • Providing support to field execution team during outages.
  • Coordinating, facilitating and liaising with customers personnel in the management of materials handling and logistics.
  • Working and coordinating with material fulfillment team in the procurement, follow ups and shipment handling of orders.
  • Working with a team to ensure all parts inspections and processes are efficiently executed to maintain parts inventory visibility.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Services).
  • Have Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Management., Shipping, Customs, Logistics and Warehousing
  • Holds a Driving license for mminium 3 years
  • Proficient in various Microsoft Office software
  • Good communications skills, oral & writing
  • Good interpersonal skills
