Working on designs to produce an effective marketing and advertising campaign.? Working on creative layouts and art working pages ready for print? Designs, illustrates and prepares printing layouts for various brochures, books, newsletters, instructional aides, information pamphlets, annual reports, and other departmental publications and printed material.? Designs, illustrates and prepares advertising layouts, billboards, posters, exhibits, flyers, letterheads, logos, certificates, forms and other promotional materials.? Creates electronically designed page layouts and imports word processing files into page layouts; may develop web-based graphics.? Use computer software to generate new images.? Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.? Coordinates with marketing and other departments requesting graphic design or layout work; develop ideas, suggests new or modifies existing ideas; demonstrates graphics techniques and advises other departmental personnel on techniques and methods to use.? Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.? Developing interactive design.
