The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items. His duties include leading, managing and organizing all eatery department requirements for Fresh Food Chain according to the standard operating procedures: proper sanitation, proper food stocks on hand, department and inter-department coordination and training. The ideal candidate will have full responsibility for handling the inventory levels.His responsibility will be to ensure and enforce production and delivery standards by directing, supervising, and motivating staff to allow them to perform at the highest level.Communication with colleagues and superiors is also one of the priorities to ensure proper feedback and customer satisfaction.
