Allocate work to all supervisors according to priority lists
Follow up on all spare parts in stock and Purchase requests
Maintain workshop equipment and machinery in order to maintain smooth operation of work
Coordinate with all spare parts and maintenance providers for cranes and heavy equipment
Provide all training needed for subordinates in all needed maintenance needs
Maintain workshop budget and monitor all cost items
Participate in the PMV department?s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
Monitor day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Ensure Compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across activities in order to guarantee safety, legislativecompliance and responsible environmental behaviors
