Job Description

To professionally manage two Warehouses by supervising/controlling day to day warehouse activities & maintaining an up-to-date Warehouse Inventory System which matches with Physical Stock, ensuring proper warehouse controls are implemented. Need to ensure timely fulfillment of materials/spare-partsneeds & having excellent coordination with Purchasing, Production. Maintenance & Accounting Depts in line with company objectives.Role Description:

  • Check and manage all Stock & Spare material movements (incoming & issuance) to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately tracked/signed for proper documentation.
  • Prepare daily reports related to inventory movements monitoring any potential deviation to eliminate it permanently.
  • Maintain a proper co-ordination with production to ensure the materials requirements are met as per company rules.
  • Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner and that it is in line with the stock balance to avoid mix up.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping on a timely manner & daily.
  • Any other related activity as management deems fit.
