Job Description

Talent Development (Oil & Gas)The purpose of this role is to direct and manage the implementation of the company training & development strategy and initiatives to develop and retain high-potential employees and build internal capability to meet current and future business needs.

  • Research and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.

  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development, resolve any specific problems, and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Build and maintain a solid understanding of the organization?s objectives and needs, helping create and deliver the annual training strategy.
  • At least Nine years of HR training & Development experience required in Global & International Companies
  • Project Management Skills: Manage, lead and participate in the development, deployment, and execution of a workforce development strategy.
