Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of different sourcing techniques. They will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
  2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g. career fairs, referrals)
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  4. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  6. Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests
  7. Conduct reference checks and verify employment and educational qualifications of candidates
  8. Present job offers and negotiate compensation packages
  9. Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  10. Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  4. Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
  10. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
