Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other Microsoft-based systems.
    2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    3. Maintain system security and integrity by applying security updates and monitoring logs.
    4. Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
    5. Provide technical support for end users and assist with the resolution of technical issues.
    6. Participate in the planning and implementation of new systems and infrastructure.
    7. Manage and maintain backups and disaster recovery plans.
    8. Document systems and procedures for future reference.
    9. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with ASH employees
    10. Measure service satisfaction levels
    11. Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
    12. Monitoring SLAs
    13. Resolving system and application issues
    14. Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues
    15. Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
    16. Provide personalized coordinated care, andsupport for staff and families.
    17. Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
    18. Qualifications:
    19. Bachelor Computer Science degree
    20. Excellent software knowledge, including Microsoft products
    21. Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and components
    22. Knowledge of hardware, such as cabling (fiber and wire), wireless products and desktop systems
    23. Professional experience:
      1. Minimum 2 years in similar position
