Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Governance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of our corporate strategy. You will ensure effective governance practices are in place to achieve strategic objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and refinement of the companys strategic plan, including conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for strategy governance, including processes for communication, risk management, and performance measurement.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on strategic initiatives for various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Monitor and track progress towards strategic goals, identifying and analyzing any deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Facilitate and document strategy discussions and meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the companys competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends and best practices in strategy governance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
