Job Description

JOB PURPOSE?To manage the resolution of application and system issues that arise across business. Develop new? applications, fix bugs, install and upgrade software packages and develop reports and dashboards to? insure smooth business operation.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through Auto World?s incident management? system?
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to applications? vendor and? implementation partners?
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives 4. Develop new dashboard and reports based on business needs?
  • Improve and document the technical processes around application support??
  • Work collaboratively with functional consultants on change requests, managing issues and? establishing priorities
  • Resolve system problems during non-business hours or backlogs by providing off-hours support? as needed and develop scripts works with team to automate repeatable manual tasks 8. Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by? support team??
  • Set-up and maintain integration to external interfaces, including government platforms,? Mail/messaging servers, and web services??
  • Delivering regular and customized training to business users
