Job Description

  1. Completion of project in given time, quality and budget
  2. Strong communicative skills both written and oral execution plans 
  3. Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
  4. Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships
  5. Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  6. Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements 
  7. Liaising with clients and representatives which will include surveyors, Architects, and Designers
  8. Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
  9. Checking plans, quantities, and drawings to ensure accuracy
  10. Technical knowledge of construction processes
