Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
  2. Coordinate with the project team to develop a detailed project schedule and budget.
  3. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that work is being carried out according to the schedule and budget.
  4. Supervise and inspect the construction site regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
  5. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  7. Prepare and submit progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review progress and address any concerns or challenges.
  9. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. 1-5 years of experience in wood manufacturing or related industry.
  3. Proven experience in project management and execution.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  9. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  10. Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
