Our solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for Oil & Gas, power generation and other process industries.Partner with the bestAs Field services specialist, you will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintaining and timely trouble shooting and provide training for Panametrics, Ultrasonic flow metering systems, custody transfer meters, metering skids, Process Gas and moisture Analyzer systems and related instrumentation.As a Services Specialist - Commissioning, you will be responsible for:

  • Looking after activities related to testing and validation of equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications.
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting client application solutions.
  • Working together with different business units to specify activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
  • Measuring integration solutions? effectiveness and performance from customers? perspective
  • Staying abreast of new technologies and best practices and translate these factors into product solutions and services
  • Implementing successful the Flow, Gas and Moisture products. This includes supervision of installation of Flow meter transducers including Hot tapping /cold tapping, flow computers, sampling systems for analyzers, project management, system installation, system integration, configuration, commissioning, Site acceptance testing, and customer training.
  • You shall be involved in continuous development of site solution implementation best practices and share the lessons learnt with the team
  • You will be required to work on supporting services (remote or on-site) contracts, provide sales leads and develop long term contracts in the region.
  • You are required to Think ahead, prepare for the future, understand Panametrics direction, and work closely with different functions to bring solutions to solve customer problems.
  • You will Leverage Panametrics diversified Products and work to grow the scope of services in running Supporting Services Agreement sites and Provide regular feedback to the Services Leadership.
  • You will be required to travel Globally to assist other Service teams.
  • You will l be responsible for scheduling and timely completion of job related reports and invoicing packages (including SAP entries, time-sheet, and expenses).
  • You will be required to strictly adhere to and follow the EHS policies of the organization.
  • You shall work along with ITO and Services Manager for the business development, attend meetings with customer to help in growing the backlog.
  • You are expected to be assigned for 75% with an unassigned time not exceeding 5% in a calendar year. Rest of the time shall be spent on training, sharing lessons within the team, Sales support.
  • You are required to update and follow the processes implemented by the organization.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have 3+ year-experience working with Panametrics instruments.
  • Have technical understanding of flow meters, gas analyzers and moisture analyzers.
  • Be flexible to travel up to 80% time.
