Principal Accountabilities:Responsible for the effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.Responsible to refine the needs of hiring managers, including:Defining the ideal work experience, and academic formation if needed, of the resources required.Source for resumes from Company databank and other job portals.Scrutinizing and short listing resumes as per the requirements of the hiring department and/or BUs.Screening and testing, if applicable, potential candidates.Processing reference check on final candidates.Reviewing final hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness.Submitting offers to candidates and following up until placing.Coordinating visa immigration processing for new employees from overseas.Responsible for to review, update and share proper recruitment status report.Update Hiring Managers frequently on status of related hiring activities.Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
