Perform GAP assessment of procurement processes, Policies & Procedures to ensure Processes coherence & effectiveness
Identify strategic & Operational value gap across all SBUs procurement eco system & proposed strategic initiatives to close those value gap on timely manners
Prepare Monthly & Quarterly reports on overall performance of Procure to pay processes across all SBUs to ensure risk are identified & linked with risk response strategy
