Knowledge and experience working with instrumentation & control systems such as process instrumentation, DCS, RTU, SCADA, Fire & Gas, ESD Systems & Valves.??
Knowledge and hands-on strong experience with Smart Plant Instrumentation, Smart Plant Review of SP3D, PDS/PDMS and MicroStation.
Proficient in development of Instrument wiring and loop drawings along with Instrument hook up details & detailed MTO.
Review and implement in design action items for HAZOP, PHA, HIPS, SIS, SIL, Value engineering, Constructability, Model Review, Lesson learned workshops.
Participate in multidiscipline engineering reviews, project meetings, vendor meetings and coordination.
Prepare layouts and engineering designs activities with supporting specifications and drafting to assist in the production of detailed drawings, quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.
Coordinate engineering studies, and review packages. Works to resolve inter-discipline inconsistencies and coordinate with design team members to ensure design is safe and environmentally friendly.
Participate in the planning of projects deliverables, manhours estimate and resources as required. Mentor and support CADD designers and team members.
Assist in developing engineering design scope, estimates, proposals, and change orders.
Assist in the preparation of technical detail for sales inquiries, quotations, and MR?s/RFQ?s documentation.
Liaise with other design team members in development of work and progress deliverables and task related to construction support, conduct site visits.
Liaise with vendors suppliers, clients, design engineers, installation or construction and Commissioning of assigned work scope.
Quality Assurance ? Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas Business Unit.
Safety ? Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Oil & Gas. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
